Abstract

Bij ouderen maakt, naast cariƫs, vooral de veroudering van de gebitselementen en van de aanwezige restauraties behandeling met plastische vulmaterialen noodzakelijk. Het esthetische beeld kan minder worden doordat gebitselementen en restauraties verkleuren en slijtage vertonen en door veranderingen op parodontaal niveau.
