Abstract
Monoclonal antibodies are widely used in molecular biology and in analytical diagnostic tests. The antibody market is increasing every year but to the issue remains as to how to improve the antibody production. In this study, we examined the possibility of solution after antibody purification for improvement in antibody production by CHO-DP12 cells. The method was effective for cell proliferation and antibody production. Furthermore, the proteins produced by the CHO-DP12 cells also improved the cell proliferation. These results suggest that the solution after antibody purification method may be an attractive resource of growth factors.
