Abstract
Throughout the whole book when we speak about a “linear space” we imply that the scalars are complex numbers. The words “operator” and “bi-operator”, “functional” and “bifunctional” mean a linear and a bilinear operator, a linear and bilinear functional respectively. The linear span of a set in a linear space is denoted by Span (·).
