Abstract
This chapter gives the full story of the preparatory and executive decision making processes concerning a novel and noncontroversial electric-power project: the siting of an experimental wind turbine park. The author’s contribution proper starts at Section 1.1. By way of an editorial preface we (Ch.V. and G.Cv.) would like to note beforehand that roughly two phases appeared to be necessary which seem to have been conducted to the satisfaction of the several parties involved (see Section 4),
