Abstract
The structure of economic and social fluctuations since the 1970s necessitates a reconsideration of international macroeconomic modelling. The aim of this chapter is:
-
1)
to evaluate the main characteristics of international macroeconomic modelling through three generations of models, and the analysis presented in the previous chapters;
-
2)
to discuss some proposals for reconsidering international modelling.
