Control of Radiated Pressure Using State Variable Feedback

Abstract

The paper presents a technique of controlling the radiated pressure from an electro-ceramic projector. The technique involves the implementation of an optimal, tracking algorithm. The algorithm has been tested with actual projectors in water. The results show that the measured response tracks the desired response reasonably well.
