Abstract

For high-level radioactive materials, especially for spent fuel from nuclear power stations, the CASTOR® casks were developed and continue to be designed and produced by GNB to meet the necessary high safety requirements economically. The inherently safe concept of dry storage in transport casks was selected and supported by a lot of nuclear power station owners worldwide
