Abstract
Rigid contact lens cutoff filters can provide, enhanced visual comfort and, in some instances, enhanced visual efficiency for patients with specific vision disorders. The characteristics and transmission curves of commonly available contact lens cutoff filters are presented in this paper, as well as some of the disorders toward which they can be applied.
