Abstract

Technology of chalcopyrite compounds thin films and their alloys attracts much attention because of promising applications as solar cell material, light-emitting diodes and non-linear optic materials. One of the most known is the A1B3C6 2 compound - CuInSe2 (CIS) and its analogs due to usage in high efficiency polycrystalline thin film heterojunction solar cells of high efficiency.
