Abstract
The manpower planning system FORMASY and its possible use have been discussed in chapters 4 and 5. The use of FORMASY for practical manpower planning will be illustrated in this chapter by means of a case study. We will describe the way FORMASY is used in the manpower planning process at the manpower planning department of the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
