Abstract
On the eve of the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the conference, the results of which are published hereinafter, held in the premises of the German embassy in The Hague on 31 May and 1 June 2018, brought together leading scholars and eminent practitioners from the field of international criminal law and focused on questions of international criminal law in its global political dimensions.
