Abstract
Based on analysis of influencing factor for stopping distance, emergency stopping distance model was established in this paper, and the calculation method of the model parameters was put forward. Braking distance calculation model was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink and road brake test was carried out in different operating conditions. Through the analysis of simulation and test results, the feasibility of the model that calculates the stopping distance was verified, identification method of truck risk status was put forward based on calculating safety-driving distance and braking pressure data. This research provides a theoretical basis for early warning of truck risk status.
