Abstract
The anterolateral crus flap obtained its blood supply from the septocutaneous perforator, the musculocutaneous perforator and the periosteal cutaneous perforator which emerged from the anterior tibial artery. This flap could be designed as a flap based on the proximal-middle segments of the anterior tibial artery perforator or a flap based on the distal segment of the anterior tibial artery perforator (the anterosuperior malleolar perforator flap).
