Abstract

Toe skin perforator flap refers to the mini island flap with blood supply provided by proper plantar digital artery and dorsal digital artery. Theoretically speaking, the first to fifth toes can all be used as the donor site of the flap, but the great toe is most frequently used one in clinical practice as the donor site for the flap, followed by the second. The other three toes are seldom used in clinical application.
