Abstract

This chapter introduces enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip test. Specifically, it includes the preparation of monoclonal antibody. The principle, classification, and operation steps of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on monoclonal antibody were highlighted. The working principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip was also introduced detailedly.
