Abstract
There was this patient who went with symptoms of common cold to a doctor who had just opened his first general practice clinic. The doctor heard the patient out and then told him to go and stand under a shower for 5 min and not to dry up after that. The patient found the treatment a bit strange and asked the doctor if he was sure this will rid him of the illness he had. The doctor told him reassuringly that his advice will lead to pneumonia and he knew how to treat that!
