Abstract

Communication is the blood that flows through the veins of any enterprise. If it ceases to flow there are serious consequences for the corporate body. As with most important things in business life, the process of communicating is enhanced if there is a clear understanding of the objective and of the process, coupled with skill in the delivery. This means that a manager needs to be clear what he or she wishes to communicate, the various vehicles which will be used and some objective feedback of how successful the programme actually is.
