Abstract
Earthism remains a minor force in global affairs, but it is a growing one. Bits and pieces of its message are forcing themselves into public consciousness. More and more people are coming to grasp its integrated and holistic vision. Even while it remains a peripheral force it matters just how its teaching and vision are shaped. Although in general Earthism has less potential for destructiveness than Christianism, nationalism, and economism, it too is subject to formulations that could prove damaging. The right formulation is important.
