Abstract
Under central government control, China created rural industrialization with China’s characteristics and the rural industrialization experienced a winding course full of miracles and dramatic development processes. The process can be divided into two stages. One stage developed under central control in a highly centralized system, the other was under central control in the transition to liberalization.
