Abstract

If you, like many people, have ever been in a job where things don’t seem to be quite right, you may have decided that the time had come to move on. When I talk to people about jobs they have left, it is not always clear to them what was wrong with the situation. In many cases, people blame the boss; some people like to support the notion that “people don’t leave jobs, they leave bosses.”
