Name and Degrees
Leon Eisenberg received both his BA and MD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed an internship at Mt. Sinai before teaching briefly at the University of Pennsylvania. Following work as a psychiatrist in the US Army, he became a resident at Sheppard Pratt Hospital before beginning child psychiatry training at Johns Hopkins.
