Introduction

Harlene Anderson is recognized internationally as a leader in the development of a postmodern collaborative-dialogic approach to psychotherapy, which she has applied to work in organizations, communities, education, research, and consultation. Her books, translated into several languages, include Conversations, Language and Possibilities: A Postmodern approach to Therapy; she coedited Appreciative Organizations, Collaborative Therapy: Relationships and Conversations that Make a Difference and Innovations in the Reflecting Process.

Career

Harlene Anderson holds a doctorate in psychology and is a licensed professional counselor and family therapist. She is an advisor for the Taos Institute Doctoral Programs and a member of Silver Fox Advisors.
