Definitions

Bureaucracy: is an organizational structure that is characterized by many rules, standardized processes, procedures, and requirements.

Technical advantage: refers to an incremental improvement in the known methods of production, such as the methodological and procedural methods of bureaucracy which are likely to result in greater chance of success.

Bureaucracy is a popular and complex governance system, which has been criticized and praised at the same time by scholars.
