Definition

Any sexually aggressive behavior mediated through the use of technology. Examples include requesting or providing unsolicited nude photos, sharing sexually explicit content with individuals other than who it was initially intended for, threatening to share sexually explicit content with others if an individual does not give in to sex, etc.

Introduction

Sexual cyberbullying exists at the frontier of our understanding of the evolving nature of human aggression. It combines the power, need for control, and distress experienced by victims of face-to-face sexually aggressive behavior, with the anonymity and inescapability of the Internet seen in cyberbullying.
