Zusammenfassung
Die molekulare Strömungsform ist im Hoch- und Ultrahochvakuum anzuwenden. Die Gasteilchen stoßen nicht miteinander, ihre Flugbahn wird durch die Geometrie und die Oberflächeneigenschaften der Vakuumwände bestimmt. Das Konzept der Duchlaufwahrscheinlichkeit ist sehr geeignet, um die Leitwerte von Vakuumbauteilen bei molekularer Strömung zu berechnen.
