Anästhesie bei Patienten mit Niereninsuffizienz und Nierenversagen

Zusammenfassung

Zunehmend müssen in der Anästhesie Patienten mit präoperativ eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion betreut werden. Diese Patienten sind durch die mit einer chronischen Nierenfunktionsstörung einhergehenden Begleiterkrankungen, Beeinträchtigungen des Allgemeinzustands, Veränderungen der Pharmakologie anästhesierelevanter Medikamente sowie Kreislaufveränderungen während der Narkose und der Operation besonders gefährdet, postoperative Komplikationen zu erleiden. Daher hat das optimale Management niereninsuffizienter Patienten einen hohen Stellenwert.
