Zusammenfassung
Das Cor pulmonale entwickelt sich in Folge einer länger bestehenden, schweren pulmonalarteriellen Hypertonie. Epidemiologie, Pathophysiologie, klinische Symptomatik und Therapie sind ebenso wie das Ziel während der Anästhesie, den pulmonalarteriellen Widerstand so gut wie möglich zu senken, ohne den systemischen Widerstand zu beeinflussen, Inhalt dieses Kapitels.
