Zusammenfassung

Störungen des autonomen Nervensystems der Haut haben je nach Schweregrad Einfluss auf Durchblutung, Schweißsekretion, Behaarung, Pigmentierung, Nagelwachstum und Hautbeschaffenheit. Die Veränderungen reichen von dünner, glatter glänzender Haut mit atrophem Subkutangewebe und zugespitzten Fingerbeeren bis hin zu Ulzerationen und Mutilationen, wie sie modellhaft bei Lepra beobachtet werden.
