Automatic information service desks are used to offer visitors convenient services without wasting time in queues at conventional information desks, particularly during peak seasons and holidays. They are part of the geopark information management system. They can be in the form of digital information machines available at the visitor centre or as apps on mobile phones. All information related to the geopark, including dining facilities, accommodations, transportation and shopping, is easily available through these apps.
