Baijiang Soil

Baijiang soil contains a grey and white leached layer and forms on the light and sticky parent material in temperate, moist and semi-humid forests and meadow vegetation. It usually forms between dark brown soil and black soil. It is mainly located on both sides of mountainous terrains such as Xiaoxing’anling and Changbai Mountain. This soil is viscous, acidic and infertile.
