The outer circle contains the characters for National Mining Park of China in Chinese in the upper part and the words in English in the lower part. The inner pictogram contains an ancient Chinese character for ‘mountain’ representing mines, two crystals representing mineral resources, and a white curve representing mining shafts and opencast mining. The yellow and green colours are used to represent the restoration of mining sites.
